Our team is doing a manual labor ministry this month! I will take you through what part of my day looked like the other day!
We started by clearing out this room, sweeping and then scraping the mold off the floor!
Then Andrew and I did some plastering for the doorway in another room.
We moved on to some painting in a different room. I really enjoy painting!
I especially enjoy it with my amazing, fun and crazy teammates!!
After we worked, Jenifer and I got to walk around the city. We found a map with different walking routes on it and they point out historic places and main areas of the city. We enjoyed a nice walk around town in the spring weather!
We got to see beautiful buildings all around the city of Parnu which is known as the summer capital of Estonia!
We got to end our day out with a quick trip to the Baltic Sea, where we learned that since they have seven months of winter they turn the sea into roads so they have a direct route to Finland! You of course have to follow a couple of rules while driving on the ice like, not wearing your seat belt and keeping your door half way open just incase the ice breaks! (No, thank you!!)
I got to end my day with a wonderful Skype session with my beautiful family (my sisters-Katie and Jess, my nephew-Miles, my aunts and uncle-Sue, Jenny and Warren) who I will be reunited with in just a short time…miss you all!!
