just the way it is

Im ready to move on…

Rwanda was a beautiful place land with a thousand hills… i could have been one of the most beautiful places I have seen… Pator moses was the coolest man ever…

but I was ready to move on, the month I feel was just blah for some reason, I was stagnant in my faith I wasnt moving forward I wasnt moving backward I was just stuck… I wasnt seeking God as hard as I should have been… spiritually I just wasnt alive

until the ending of the month something started happening in my, my spirit was changing

We are now in UGANGA…. MONTH 7!!

this sounds super crazy, theres something about uganda, the people, the area we are living and just the atmpsphere of Uganada. I can’t explain what it is Im still wondering what it is…

When we first arrived after a super long bus ride, praise the Lord there was no cockraches this time, being jammed into a small car with 6 people, 6 of our big packs, 6 small packs, and 2 guitars we made it to out home for the month. We were seriously like 6 little kids at a candy store eyes wide to the max, excitement building and building up…

WE HAVE AN ACTUALLY RUNNING SHOWER!!!!!!!!!! its amazing (well its outside and not hot water) BUT STILL!! I have a real bed to sleep on… I have a mirror to look in, not a 2 inch mirror, actualy TV, A fuzzy warm blanket to snuggle up in when its freezing in the morning, actualy private space to just be in, and ever corner I turn someone is not there. its just simply amazing…

but… the bathroom ( thats all I will say) =) Im used to it but others are NOT!

I think the ultimate best thing that its I am finally not in a big city, 5 out of the 7 months I was in major cities where there is people everywhere and the pollution destroys your insides and its just not fun.

We live on a farm about 10 minutes from a small town where we can get out basic needs, and just across the street is a small village, our first day here we litterally just took a walk into the village and went to peoples houses, prayed for them. They were so thankful for us just to be there, they think its so amazing that we come half way across the world just to stand in there yard, and at the same time we were just so blessed that they let us. It was really awesome.

I can say that this month is what I signed up for, actually doing what the bible tells us as christians to do..
we have been to a hospital and prayed for the sick people, children, people with HIV, pregnant woman, some who just had baby’s.

One man in the hospital Tiff and I prayed for, he couldnt speak he also had HIV but we prayed for him, and went on to the next, but the I saw Andrew praying for him and I went to see and the man was talking. I was so shocked and we just kept on praying for him to be healed from HIV. I had to have a reality check were were praying for this man in this african hospital I was holding this IV thingy in my hand, pleeding the blood of jesus over this man, it was awesome God is amazing

Our ministry is really exciting… theres something different about this month and I am really excited to see what God has for us individually and as a team…

God is already on the move…
