Back in June, One of my good friends that I worked with at Michaels, Hannah, got married (CONGRATS!)
She had asked me to do her makeup for the wedding, Which I was so honored and I accepted immediately!
In the process of the bachelorette party and getting ready for all day on the day of the wedding, I met one of her bridesmaids, Mandy, who is a Thirty- one consultant, (https://www.mythirtyone.com/350831/)
She sent me a message on facebook asking about my blog and my trip and we got to talking and she mentioned a Thirty-one fundraising party, which means I have a thirty-one party and a portion of the sales goes to me for my journey and I said YES! that sounds like so much fun and who doesn't love thirty-one?!
While we were discussing the party she mentioned she was going to open up the party to all of her contacts so more people can buy things and ultimately, I can receive more money!
How awesome that she is willing to help me!
So we set a date for September 7th when the fall catalog will be out and right before my first deadline.Then, as if this wasn't amazing enough, She mentioned that she is going to give me all of her earnings from the party!
That means, 25 percent of all orders go to me!
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? HOW INCREDIBLE!
Someone is willing to help me without even receiving anything in return.
I am extremely humbled and in awe of how God works through others and how many wonderful people there are that are willing to listen to him and help someone with almost nothing in return. I am extremely grateful for Mandys help and I look forward to planning this party with her!
