Today was our first day on our work site. We were blessed with transportation. Our first stop was Change Point. They transformed the sanctuary into a house of Prayer. For four hours we interceded on behalf of the youth and young adults who will be attending this Call for All. There is an expected 1,500 from all over the world. We prayed that God will bring forth prophesiers, and give dreams and visions to the young and old. We prayed Isaiah 62 over the event. The atmosphere for prayer was peaceful as in the first 2 hours one guy played the guitar and sang. In the last 2 hours an entire band led us in worship. We were able to go to the microphone and pray as well as read scripture.

Just like their Sunday service, this prayer time was so free. There were times when God gave us words to speak over one another. (When we go to these countries and are working with people who already know God and have relationships with them it is important for us to listen to how God wants to use us to speak life to them.) Some stood and worshipped, some bowed on their knees in prayer, some laid prostrate before the Lord in prayer, some were drawing pictures that God gave them, some writing, and other recognizing God’s beauty out on the patio.

A complete stranger wrote me a beautiful note and brought it to me and left. After the prayer service our team listened to a sermon about what God is calling us to do.

For the most part of our day God brought us to New Zealand to partner with other believers in intercessory prayer for their nation. As I looked around there were so many young adults giving back their time to God in prayer. We need more of that. Wherever you are please pray for this event. We want God to reign and many souls to be saved. For the souls saved, we want dedication and zeal to live in the freedom God offers.
