To my team: friends, brothers, sisters, poets, musicians, princes, princesses, leaders, speakers, go-ers, thinkers, warriors…
I love you. Let’s journey together.
Amos 3:3 “Can two walk together, unless they be agreed?” Kinda like these two fish I just caught at the same time! (I’m inserting a witty picture experiment in the middle of an important blog.)

This is what someone told me recently… “God is intertwining our lives.” How beautiful is that? I pondered on it some and this post is the result. We are less than a month away from perhaps the greatest experience of our lives; or almost certainly the beginning of such a life. I am sincerely happy that God has led each of us to this point where out paths cross already. He has brought us together because we want to go out and be awesome for Him.
But I want to dive deeper. I want to truly and passionately learn how God is intertwining our lives today and I pray that that will mesh into learning our purpose for the WorldRace. I want to lay my heart out to my team so that you will know what God is taking me through. I want us to be able to look deep into each other’s lives and recognize how our puzzle pieces fit together. I actually believe what one of our speakers said… “God brings together the right people at the right time at the right place for the right reason.”
A few things on my mind… 1) Authority. God has been instilling in me a sense of authority. A realization that we are His chosen ones and He has given us power and permission to speak and do and go. That flows nicely into number 2)… Fear. I’m still burning the bridge of fear. I’m learning to trust Him and believe that if something is in my mind and it is good and edifying and encouraging and just, then it is of God and I do not have to be afraid to share it. part 3)… Growing up again. This is a little bit undeveloped but it stems from some parts of “Walk On” that applied to my life. Christian faith doesn’t stop when you get ‘born again’. It starts. Its equally important to spend as much time and energy on helping someone grow up again as helping them get born again. God is a process. I would dare say a long process. Getting born is quick; growing, well find the oldest person you know and ask them if they are still growing.
God orchestrates for His glory. We have already taken the first steps by listening and being obedient. I believe that God wants us to be one. I believe the things that God can, no desires to, achieve through us is completely unfathomable. I want to contiue to grow closer to you and to God. It will take time and work but that’s an awesome task. I believe God is calling us to do great things. Amen?
