…before I put on my make-up. I say a little prayer for you!
Father,
Thank you for all of the things you did while we were in Zambia. I’m astonished by your movement in Livingstone. Thank you for the work you will continue to do.
Thank you for the Libuyu compound. I am greatly honored to have seen your Spirit move here. I pray that you would be present in the people we visited and spoke with. That just because we are no longer there, doesn’t mean that you aren’t.
Lord, I praise you for the SOS orphanage. Thanks for tearing a little piece of my heart out and leaving it there. I pray for Rebecca, the caretaker mother there. That she would stand strong in you, Father, as she serves these kids. For her actions to be of love and a Christ-like attitude. I pray for the children as well. That they would be submissive to you and what you have planned for their lives. That they would be respectful to their teachers and the mothers. I pray you would be the foundation for unity within SOS, Lord. I pray for Thelma, the 14 girl at the orphanage. Make her courageous. Give her a desire to grow in you and to know you closer. Put people in her life to love on her and people she can be a light to. Let her know she is forever in your presence.
Thank you for Loves Door for All Nations and the work you have already started with them in the village. I pray your Spirit would continue to move in the villages out there. That the people would have questions about you and seek out the answers. That the kids in the childrens home would ALL be supported. God, you are awesome, and powerful, and wonderful. There is nothing you cannot do, so in your name I pray they would all receive the financial support they need. I pray for Ignacious. That he would continue to seek healing through you, and his faith will not be shaken because he knows you are a God of all things and your will is the greatest. Father, keep little Loveness in your hands. Let her know that you are there for her and that you love her so much. I pray she would grow to be a light to not only the villagers, but to the ends of the earth. Take her with you places she would never imagine. Make her a powerful woman of God in your name. I pray for the Mandate team. For them to continue on this marvelous spiritual journey you have them on. That they would be open to the way you are making them new and building them up to be your blessings to others in this world.
Father, I lift up Sanderson and Lweendo to you. Thank you for creating two totally awesome people who love you so much. Thank you for the lives that they constantly pour into. Renew their spirits daily and continue to give them a heart for the people of Livingstone. I ask you to protect them and keep them from harm. Bless them, God. Thank you for how much they loved us, for how they continually went above and beyond to provide for us. I pray you would grow their ministry and provide in ways they never expect. Let them lean on you during the hard times and the struggles. Lord, I know they will praise you in every situation, celebration or strife. Keep their daughters safe and healthy so that they may grow to be your vessels. How can they not with the parents they have? Pour out your blessings on this family and on their home.
I can’t thank you enough for the truly amazing month in Zambia. I am sad to leave, but I know you are moving there and you are beginning the work you have prepared for us in Malawi. Lord, help me to keep my heart where my feet are. I love you so much. You bless me every day.
Thank you.
