This month my team is working with a group of boys with New Life Ministry through Abba House. I have been so amazed by these boys. They have all had such hard lives. Most all of them were rescued from the streets. Many have been abused in various ways. However, they all are so on fire for God. We are teaching them every weekday afternoon. We spend three hours with them. We do Bible Study, Worship, and teach English.
Our worship is filled with the Spirit. The passion that these boys show in worship is a testament to the relationship that each one has with Christ. They are also full of joy.
Even though they have had tough lives, the smiles on their faces never cease to amaze me. Our classes are filled with laughter.
I know that I am the missionary and I am traveling the world in order to minister and pour into the nations, the least of these! However, as I have seen here, as well as, the other places that I have been this year, the Holy Spirit is ministering to me through "the least of these." I am being filled up and being blessed in ministry just as much, if not more, than others are being blessed. Thank you Lord for laughter! Thank you for continually filling me up, so that I can give it all to the nations.
