One week left to the first deadline!!! Online donations need to be submitted by September 21st!!! Checks are not likely to clear in time for the first deadline, but are still welcome, as I am on track to meet my first goal this week! 🙂
The bake sale this past Sunday was awesome. Sold almost everything!! I will be having another this Sunday!
I had a huge donation this week, and I am forever grateful to them. It covered nearly one-third of my first goal. That’s so amazing.
I am so incredibly blessed and in awe of how God has used people in making this happen. I cannot say thank you enough to everyone for their prayers and their donations.
But even with meeting my first goal, there is another that will be here just as fast- an additional $6,100 by December 18th. Your ongoing support is needed and appreciated!!
I will be having a fundraiser dinner shortly after returning from training. So keep your calendar open for the end of October/ early November!!!
I still have to place my order for my sleeping bag, tent, and pack! Everything is happening so quickly…time is flying!!! One month from today I leave for my 10 day training where I will get to meet my team face-to-face!! I’m so excited.
