The power of prayer blows my mind. As I am preparing for the World Race there are a lot of unknowns. What do I bring? How am I going to spend 9 months away from everyone I love? What I am doing? As these questions bounce around in my mind, I begin to freak out (Me being the worry wart that I am!) Then I stop and remind myself to pray. As I share my worries, thoughts and excitement with the Lord in prayer I hope that you will join me.
While I am figuring out all the things I need for the trip, I realize I need support- not just support through money, but support through prayer for this nine month journey I am about to embark on.
When I say my mind races, I am not exaggerating. It is 1:00 am here, and I can’t sleep because there is just so much to be done.
