So, I only have 4 months left in the United States before I embark on the World Race. Which is SO hard to believe!

I get asked a lot of questions from people that are curious about my upcoming travels, and I have decided to answer some of these questions.

The first question being..

"What will you miss the most while you are gone?"

I have done some thinking, and here is a list of 11 things I will miss the most while I am gone for 11 months. (In no particular order)

My Family- (this is a given)  I have a pretty awesome family. There is never a dull moment in the Fleming household. I will miss watching Alien shows while Dad grills out, Sunday Fundays with Jake, and the never ending entertainment Sharebear provides. My parents are my biggest supporters and I wouldn't be the person I am today without them.  I love my little brothers and will miss them dearly. Im also going to miss my Grandmother, Gee Gee & my Grandfather, Gran Gran. Along with all of my aunts, uncles, cousins. The Fleming clan is rather large! I know my family will miss me too, although I know one person is already excited I am leaving so they can turn my room into a exercise room. 🙂

Date nights with my bestie, Halle – Halle is such a great friend and a blast to be around. She amazes me how she never slows down! She always keeps me laughing and I know I can count on her. Since we never have REAL dates to go on, we just go on dates with each other. They are always the best dates, and we have a fantastic time. Whether its just going to a movie and dinner, a crazy beach trip or a very late night at Raifords, I always love spending time with this amazing girl. I will miss her terribly when I am gone!

Hot Yoga Plus- Yoga has always been a big part of my life. It has made me a physically and mentally stronger person. I currently work at Hot Yoga Plus and love all the teachers there and will really miss them! I plan on keeping up with my practice while I'm on the World Race, and I'm sure the hot element will still be a factor in some of the countries I will be visiting. I will miss practicing at the studio and all of the amazing people there! (If you haven't taken a class there yet, Your missing out!)

USMC Bootcamp with Tony– For those who don't know, I was in the Navy for a period of time. When I heard about Tony’s “boot camp” style workout class I was a little hesitant, because I never want to relive my boot camp experience ever again. BUT I gave it a try, and I'm so glad I did! Tony’s boot camp is not only a great workout, but you feel like you a part of a community and everyone is awesome! I find myself excited to wake up at 4:45, not just for the workout, but to see what crazy shenanigans Tony will be up to next. While I am gone I will definitely miss Tony and everyone at USMC Bootcamp! MARINE CORPS!!

Grizzlies Games- All Heart, Grit & Grind. I am a huge Grizzlies fan, and try to make it to as many home games as I possibly can. I love the energy you feel when your at the Grindhouse and the Grizz are dominating. I get so emotionally involved in every game, its exhausting! I saw Tony Allen, Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol at the Westin one time and almost fainted. One time Tony Allen favored one of my tweets, it was one of my proudest moments. Lets just say Im a little obsessed, and Im going to be so sad to miss seeing them win the entire NBA championship next year. I will be brining a growl towel or two along with me!

School- I know it might sound a little crazy, but I really am going to miss going to school. I am currently a student at the University of Memphis, GO Tigers! I am a Hospitality and Resort Management Major at the Kemmons Wilson School. I really enjoy learning, and my major is really interesting to me. This is only my 4th semester in school, and Im already behind because of my time in the military, but I figure school will always be there.

Yolo– I know what your thinking, and No, I do not mean “You Only Live Once”. Im talking fro-yo!.. Its a local frozen yogurt store in Memphis that is pretty amazing. For those of you who don't know me, I have a major sweet tooth. If I had no self control I would eat Yolo everyday, for every meal, and would probably weight 300 pounds. I will find any excuse to go to Yolo. “Oh hey, I have to go to the post office.. Yolo is right next door.. might as well stop and get just a little.” I recruit people to go with me (usually Jake or Halle) so I don't feel like a loser getting fro yo all by myself, Although I am not ashamed to make Solo Yolo visits.. So Yes, I am going to miss Yolo when I am gone. Its the little things!

Koko & Sadie- Our two German Shepards. Although they look very intimidating, they are the sweetest dogs around. They have such funny personalities. They also like me the best because I feed them good human food when no one is looking. Oops!

TJMaxx– Im a self proclaimed Maxxinista! I like to shop, but because I have worked retail since I was 15, I refuse to buy anything full price.. Unless I MUST have it. I frequent TJ Maxx on the regular. Maybe twice a week, and sometimes multiple locations. I will miss taking trips to TJ Maxx, although it will be a good thing for my wallet!

Biking on the Greeline– Theres nothing better than a morning bike ride on the Greenline. Its therapeutic. Put on some music and just ride. You dont even feel like your in Memphis when your biking through the trees, until you reach the penal farm! 🙂

The city of Memphis– I have lived in many places, but no other place compares to Memphis. It's got its own thing going, its own beauty and its own grit. It's got soul. Memphians are hands down the friendliest people around and take such great pride in their city. Memphis will always be home!

I will miss alot of things while I am gone, but I am very excited to embark on such an amazing trip with the World Race.
