I apologize for the silence these last three weeks. To update you, after saying some painful goodbyes in Chincha, we headed to Lima for five days of debrief time. We stayed at this retreat center in the mountains outside the city which was a sweet time of rest. Then we flew to Iquitos, Peru, a city outside the Amazon Jungle. We stayed here for two days before heading into the jungle to a town called Nauta. For the last two weeks all 27 of us lived on a boat sitting on the river working with a small church doing children’s and youth ministry. We just arrived back in Iquitos where we will be for the next two weeks doing ministry before leaving for Bolivia. The Lord did a lot these past two weeks, both ministry wise and personally in my own life. I’ll try to get some blogs up this week sharing about all of it. But for now, some pictures…..
