Holland is where I was born,
Texas is where I was raised,
but home is wherever Jesus leads me to be his hands & feet.
My university was Texas A&M – Commerce.
My Bachelor’s was in Finance.
Travel is something I love,
adventure is something I yearn,
but Jesus is the One I seek in the midst of it all.
The family I love dearly…
my lovely parents
my three crazy sisters
(I love them even when my things disappear into their room)
not our dog Chesto
(sorry dog lovers)
our 1000 calves
& not our eventual house critters.
My American family & friends…
They opened their home to me during college.
They treated me as one of their own.
They considerably impacted my relationship with Jesus
(aka my life).
Without them I wouldn’t be adventuring with Jesus on the race.
They are more than a blessing.
The goodies…
I’m a farmer’s daughter
(best way to be raised in my opinion)
I love horses
and skiing
and everything outdoors
as well as singing
(it’s unfortunate I sound like Cruella de Vil–whatever that tune may be)
I’m a little weird
(& unashamed)
Laughing is a hobby
Maybe someday I’ll be speaking Spanish & French
& still traveling the world,
but mostly I love our Father
& that He made me who I am
a daughter.
