Following the Will of God FEARLESSLY
The more in tune you are with the will of God for your life, the less you’ll worry about what everyone else is doing and what they think about you.
You’ve probably have heard of the quote ” why follow the crowd when you were born to stand out”, but in reality it’s so true. Why do we worry so much about what others think of us ? Why is it that if we do anything absurdly out of the norm that people judge us or talk bad of us ?
I’ve dealt with this in my own life, and most often they are jealous of you. They are jealous of your sense of “sparkle” or “pizzazz”. They will try to do anything to bring you down or to defer you from what God has called you to do.
Or they want more out of there life or they wish to do something great but they are staying in the safe zone and not going into those uncharted waters.
I recently saw a clip from Will Smith and he said ” The point of maximum danger, is the point of minimum fear.. God places the best things in life on the other side of terror.. on the other side of your maximum fear are the best things of life”.
So why is it that we run from things that scare us? Why is it that we say, “I’ll do that someday” or “that’s on my bucket list”.
Why not say I’ll do it now?! Or I’m working towards it? Set your goals and your God-sized dreams that God has placed on your heart. Be fearless! Do something so off the wall that people think you are crazy. And if God called you to do something -you better obey! I’m telling you, Life is short. Don’t waste a single day of your precious life worrying about what someone thinks of you. Or you’ll never accomplish any of your dreams.
Don’t live for others, and don’t EVER compromise. Follow The Lord, and he will direct your plans.
