This month I am learning a lot about intercessory prayer and how powerful it can be. I love the fact that prayers offered up from Columbus, OH can be felt and make a difference in Patong, Thailand. This month we have the awesome opportunity to be Christ in Patong through ministering on Bangla Road. There is a street called “Soi Seadragon” where the Coyote Bar resides. This bar has agreed to let our World Race team put on a concert THIS SATURDAY at 9pm (that means 9am Sat. for anyone living in Ohio). We are going to have a band playing worship music and leading the crowd in a full out worship celebration right in the middle of one of the darkest areas of Thailand. This is an area where the enemy freely roams and indulges every kind of evil and temptation. In an area that is full of filth and sinfulness we are bringing God’s Kingdom. In the authority we have in Christ we are freely declaring that Patong belongs to the Lord of Lords and King of Kings: JESUS. I am asking for your prayers as we go into battle tomorrow- using our weapon: WORSHIP to combat the darkness of this area in Thailand. Please pray that our light shines bright and Jesus’ name is glorified in everything we do!
