I certainly do, it is myself, my teammate Chris and our “little brother” Rael, taking a bath with an Elephant in Nepal!
Ever since I’ve been home from The World Race I have been unable to get Nepal out of my heart and mind, I believe that is because the Lord has a purpose in me going back to live in Nepal.
Last January through a variety of circumstances, that I’d love to tell you about individually if you contact me ([email protected]), the Lord led me to Tiny Hands International (tinyhandsinternational.org). Tiny Hands is a Christian Non Profit Organization who’s heart is to seek out the ‘least of these’ in the Kingdom and be Jesus to them quite literally. If you’re interested more who they are check out their website above. I’ll also be posting more about who they are in upcoming blogs.
I looked into getting involved with Tiny Hands in Nepal and found out they were in need of quality teachers from America who are native English speakers. YES! That’s me!
I quickly applied and asked the Lord for His will to be done, if it was something I was supposed to do please continue opening doors, and if not please close them quickly.
I applied….Got accepted…now I’m going!
I had the honor and priviledge of meeting the principal (last weekend!) of the school Living Stone Academy where I will be teaching in Nepal.
Living Stone is a school of 540 students and is composed mainly of students who come from single family low income or orphanage homes. These kids would not have the opportunity to get a quality education and the chance at a future if it were not for this ministry!
I feel so blessed and overwhelmed to be able to help provide a future for these amazing children whom the Lord loves SO much. I simply cannot wait to meet them face to face!

Basically here’s the plan so far…I need to raise around 15,000 for my first year of ministry. This is broken down into a more specific budget that I will post the details of very soon. As soon as I am 90% support raised or pledged with support they will buy my plane ticket and I’m off!
My goal is to raise all the support I need by Aug. 1st.
If I am fully funded by August 1st, my ticket can be purchased and I can make final arrangements to leave country by middle/end of Septemer or beginning of October depending on airfare. At this time I am praying about a four to five year committment with this ministry.
I have more letters coming your way, I also will be co-hosting several fundraisers in Ashland with my friend Jeremiah Trein who is also going on staff with Tiny Hands International, stay tuned for details on those coming soon….
