Been off the field for a little over two weeks and its been
so sweet to rest, let me tell you. So good to be back with family and friends,
sharing stories and remembering some of my favorite moments from this past
year.
All I can say is, the Lord has been so good to me.
And I’m so excited to be able to share with you this
upcoming adventure the Lord has laid before me.
This
upcoming September, I will be heading back out to the field as a Squad Leader
for the World Race.
So what does that mean exactly?
Well, I will be with the squad the first four months of
their Race. Pouring into them all that the Lord has so generously and
graciously poured into me this past year. Striving to set a culture of living
by the Spirit and for the Kingdom while creating an environment for them to
thrive and come alive as they embark on this journey of holy transformation. Empowering
these folks to walk in the more they were created for, just as my Squad Leaders
did for me on my Race. Walking alongside them and loving them recklessly as
they discover who it is God is calling them to be.
It’s a big job. One I can only do by the grace of God. And
so as I head into this next season of dependence and trust in the One who calls
me and carries me, I’m stoked for I know He has amazing things in store, for me
and my squad.
And its with a humble heart that I would like to invite you
to join me on this crazy journey. For me to be out in the field four months as
well as the week long squad debriefs at the end of month 8 and 11, it costs
$6,050. I trust that as the Lord has called me to this role, He will be
faithful to provide. And while financial support is huge, supporting me in
prayer is essential. I need so much prayer for wisdom, discernment, vision,
anointing, and continued outpouring of the Spirit, heading into this thing and
while I’m on the field as well. I cant tell you how much it means to me to have
people back home praying for me while I’m on the other side of the world.
Basically, prayer is at the foundation of all of this. And so I’m praying for
big things and would love for you to come alongside me in that.
For the
funds to come in for me, my co-leader, and for every member of my squad.
For a
ridiculous outpouring of the Spirit to fall on us all in new and transforming
ways as we grow in intimacy with our Father.
For fresh revelation to fuel our
spirits, teaching us how to live from heaven to earth as we strive to be the
hands, feet, and heart of Jesus in the world.
For every
country this squad steps foot in to changed in outrageous through how they love
in word and in deed as the Kingdom explodes from within them.
