I am currently in the state of Washington doing a secondary school with Youth With A Mission. During this season of life, God has tough me how to obey and step out in faith. I have been praying for people who have been injured for years now. I never saw any change until a few days ago on the 4th of July.
There was a guy who had tweaked his knee during an ultimate frisbee game. He was in a lot of pain and had a hard time walking on it. I asked to pray for it to be healed, he let us lay a hand on the injured part. It was 80% normal. Later on, I asked to pray for it again. It got to be 90%, then 95%. But God is capable of doing 100% because He is 100% true! Sure enough, like always… He comes through. My mind was blown! God is SO good!
Later in the evening, there was another gentleman who told me he has always had his leg messed up. His knee would always pop and has never felt normal. Well… little did he know, things were about to change. Another friend and I prayed and after we did, his face was in SHOCK! He said “WHAT!? really… No way! This can’t be!!” I couldn’t tell you what he felt but he said his knee felt semi-normal. We prayed again! It kept getting better! He was freaking out, I mean I would be too! The popping had stopped!
Since those two there have been several others who have been healed by God. It’s truly AMAZING what God has been doing through me for others! I can’t wait to see what the rest of my life will contain. This is just the begging.
