Hmm.. Lets see if i can get you to feel like you’ve known me for years, after you read this.
My name is Carli Aana Torti, no i didn’t misspell my middle name, i am Mexican-Irish-Italian. My Dad is John McDaniel Torti, he is a legal aid attorney, he is one of the smartest people i know, and he likes to call me either Carl, or Charles. My Mom is Gloria Torti, she is a elementary school teacher, has overcome an incredible amount in her life, and called me Blanca when i was little. My brother’s name is John, he is currently 28! WOAH! He works for Pepsi, and has provided me with a sister-n-law named Melissa, and the most precious niece in the world, Cameron, who is 5. Next in line is my sister Loren, she is 26, has her Bachelor’s in Biology from Texas ATM, and is living the life in central Texas, and maybe moving to the coast soon! Next is my sis Geena, she’s 24, she has her bachelor’s in Economics from UNL, and she currently lives in Albania. She is in the peace corps, finishing her term in May, when we will travel around for a month or so. Being away from her for the past two years almost has been one of the hardest things in my life, because, in the least cheesy way, we complete each others souls.
Then there is me, yaah i’m the baby, but don’t let that hold anything against me. I am 22 but I’ve often been told i have an old soul, and most of the time i feel like i’m in my 30’s. I’m a summer baby, I have a Bachelor’s in Studio Art, with a focus in Drawing and Painting, from UNT (Denton, TX), i am incredibly awful at grammar, but i try to learn how to do almost everything else. I love being able to do anything that interest me, which include a plethora of miscellaneous things… like, Mountains, Kayaks, Wake-boarding, Snowboarding, Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, Carpentry, Welding, Climbing, Playing the Spoons, Running, Harmonica, sewing, Camping, Trumpet, Dancing!, and probably a lot more. My favorite color is purple. I have a really intense fear of birds. I am a vegan (but not a pretentious one). I have Dreadlocks. I have the best friends eva. My favorite poet is E.E Cummings, I LOVE Jesus, I love the Nations. I’m allergic to cats…:/
