As usual I have no clue as to how to start this blog. So this time I am going to start by saying hello everyone! I have been kind off the radar for few weeks, but I’m back and ready to share all the things.

As some of you know, I had my 40 days with the Lord, and it was pretty epic. I still don’t know how to share all the things I learned; if you want to hear more about it, let me know and I would love to try to see hare with you. One of the biggest lessons was obedience, simple obedience, and where it takes you. A great reminder that obedience really leads to a deeper adventure with Jesus; it leads to more of Him. It sounds so normal but we forget. The reminder was needed, and oh boy am I thankful for it.

While I was doing the 40 days, my team spent 25 days in Cyprus, and now we are in Lebanon. We have about 10 more days here and on to the next country.

Cyprus was pretty awesome but super quick. I was bummed about leaving North Africa, but Cyprus ended up being a fun place to be. We learned so much about the refugee crises and how to better help refugees from different countries. The more I get to spend time with these displaced people, the more I realize the difficulties they face. Honestly, I was not aware of what they go through, and it’s been hard to have my eyes opened to their reality. Statistics are crazy y’all! I highly encourage you to look into the crises and if you have the means to do so, please help in any capacity you can. Pray! Because in the end, He is their ultimate hope. I have learned they are sweet people who are desperate for love, just like the rest of us. Please pray for them. I cannot even imagine what it would be like to be in their position. And know they really are awesome people ready to find hope and a future.

My friends, don’t take your freedom for granted. Don’t take your family and friends for granted. Love them deeply and cherish them for they are more precious than we sometimes know.
