These past nine months have been a crazy adventure. These past nine months I have learned more about God than I could’ve ever imagined. I fell in love with God and the plans He has for my life. I learned about living with 6 other people for nine months and constantly loving each other and being real with each other. I learned how to make friends anywhere and how special and unique God has created each of his people. The list goes on and on but yeah, these past nine months have impacted my life a crazy amount.

Right now I am sitting in a hotel in New York. The World Race is over and it feels overwhelming. It’s weird to think that I will not be living/ surrounded by either 6 or 40 people all the time. Its weird to think that all of the amazing friendships we built around the world and the amazing people I have had the privilege of meeting, I might not ever see again. It’s weird to think that I am in a country where everybody speaks English and can understand what I’m saying. It’s even weird to think that you can flush your toilet paper. But I also know that the Lord is so good! And he has such crazy amazing things planned for my life and the other 40 amazing people’s lives that I have gotten to call family these past nine months. I am excited to go home and see my friends and my family and can not wait to hear about everybody else’s nine months and also tell you guys about mine.

Thank you so much for also being a part of this journey these past nine months. Thank you for allowing me to live these past nine months learning more about myself and God, seeing the world, and enabling me to serve all the amazing people around the world. I’m sorry I didn’t keep you guys updated better. But I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your constant prayers (even when you hadn’t heard from me for a while) and I just want you to know that I appreciate all of your support and prayers so so much!

I’ll see you all so so soon!

I Thank you for living these past nine months with me!
