A Little Piece of My Story (and how I ended up here)
Hello, everybody!
My name is Carina Haas. I just graduated high school in the spring and felt that God was calling me to something greater than going to college and sticking with the route that society has paved for us. So I started exploring the options of doing a Gap Year. In this Gap Year, I wanted to learn more about myself and who God has called me to be, as well as leaving an impact in this world. So as I am searching for a program, I received an email from this program called the World Race Gap Year Program and immediately was attracted to it. I thought that I might as well give it a shot, and signed up. I applied and the next thing I knew, I was accepted to the program and called to be going on a 9-month mission trip where I would be going to Colombia, Ecuador, Thailand, Cambodia, and Albania to do whatever God needs me and my amazing team to be done to serve the communities in these amazing countries.
