Hello Uganda!

So I’m in Numlanda, Uganda, which is just outside of Kampala!

First, before coming to Numlanda, we got to hang out at a campsite called adrift, on the Nile. It is soo gorgeous there.  I LOVE THE NILE!!!!  We went rafting down the nile with the whole squad.  It was AMAZING!  We went down a waterfall on the
raft!  It was really beautiful!!
Huge waves, huge rapids, huge fun, some gasps and moments where my life flashed
before my eyes… perfect!

I also got to see monkeys play a lot and it was so fun to see
and be with the whole squad!

We arrived in Numlanda on Monday.    We are living in a gorgeous house!  We have a porch with white
columns.  pretty much God has
blessed us with our limited budget and has favour on us.

People have a higher regard for the spiritual realm here so
I’m claiming the divine protection described in Psalms 91 and discernment.  It’s cool, be assured we are safe!

The church we are working with – Numlanda Miracle Church is
eager to have us take on leadership roles in their church for the time we are
here.  We gather that they have never had missionaries or people from another culture be a part of their community. We will be doing hut to hut
visitations and other projects.

I may not be able to get to the internet often but I’ll keep
you posted as much as I can.  I’m sure I’ll have some stories to tell that will point to God.  I’m looking forward to what’s in store for us in Uganda.

Much love from Africa!
