It is one hour away from being the 1st day in December and my squad and I have made it out of mainland China and are now sitting in the Hong Kong Airport waiting for our flight to Nairobi, Africa.
I want to be able to tell you about our time in China in detail but I’m afraid that my computer battery won’t let me. Also this might be my only time I am near the internet for the next three months. So that old adage of “No news is good news” is going to apply to me in the next few months=)
We are headed to Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia and it has been promised to us that the condidtions we will be living in have no electricity. Hopefully, I will be able to post a blog sooner than that but at this point I am preparing for three months of living without much communication. But I think being in Africa without the extras is nothing compared to the experience of seeing the revival that is happening in the hearts of the people there. It is worth it!
I am missing you all and wishing you a time where the people you love are near and the time you have with them is cherished. I know that when I think and pray for you the distance is lessened as the Holy Spirit connects us.
