My fundraising BBQ Saturday was a huge success!!!!! I made roughly around $1,050. I also sold about $50 worth of Threads of Hope bracelets. I want to say thank you to everyone who was able to make it. It was so heartwarming and touching to feel such support. A special thanks to friends who came early to help me set everything up!!! An all around great day!
I am currently at around $2,500, which is great! That means I am $1,000 away from meeting my first financial deadline by June 29th! If you are wanting to support me to meet this first deadline, please mail in checks no later than June 15th, as it can take up to 2 weeks to process.
Also, I need to start buying all of my gear as I need most of it for training camp which is about a month away!!!!! Here's the link to my gift registry:
