This past Sunday my pastor had a sermon that just fit into my passion and my heart right at this moment in time. I have known for a few years now that to do my part in the kingdom of God..I am going to be going out into the world. Missions can be done right here in your own town, community, and life..you don't have to travel to 11 different countries to spread the Good News. God does call us to spread the Good News though..he calls us to be his disciples.. to bring people into a loving and REAL relationship with Christ!!
I was going to try and summarize the sermon but I really liked the words and phrasing he uses so I am just going to post a link on here and let you listen to it yourself..Its about 25 minutes so please take some time and hear what God spoke into Paul's heart to speak to our church this past Sunday.
(A little about the clip… before he began speaking we watched a video of a man walking around asking random people on a campus and in a city, where they thought they would go when they died…a lot of the responses were to an afterlife or some kind, and even hell for some people. There were also responses of heaven because he accepted Jesus..and some of the answers ..yes we laughed at beacuse they were commical but listen to what is said after the video is over.)
