1.       The People  – they are so welcoming and friendly

2.       Worship – I may not have had a clue as to what they were saying but you could feel the Holy Spirit in the entire building.

3.       Singing and Dancing – Everyone does it and everyone is great at it

4.       Street Kids – Give me 10,000 Birr.  – No I don’t have that – Ok 1,000,000 Birr.  But really when we took the time to sit down with them they just climbed into our laps and listened to us talk even though they had no idea what we were saying.

5.       The Food – traditional Ethiopian food First introduced to me but my friend Bird and I have loved it ever since

6.       Taxis – Bole Bole Bole —– Where you go? Get in. Avoid Mexico at all cost though unless you have an Ethiopian guide.

7.        Watching a 10 km race – Oh wait you can’t do that you want to watch you better be in the race so we got donuts instead far trade off.

8.       Donuts – 2- 3 inches thick with chocolate on top oh and only a 25 cents

9.       Tea – Many would say the coffee I tried it once and I am still not a coffee drinker but the tea way awesome and cheap.

10.   Handing out Flyers – people would beg us to have one. Who know that handing out 15, 000 flyers could be so much fun?

11.   Relationships – they are so important. You are going to be late to a meeting no problem it is more important to build this relationship. I miss the many friend that I made there and hope to one day go back.
