Its that time to start asking the hard question. Asking people to support me. I have been really struggling with this. I have been having a hard time asking people for money. I have been on my own for so long without anyones help or guidance that the more i get into this journey the more overwhelmed I am. Not just with everything i have to do but with everything people are willing to do for me. Its been amazing the people who have reached out. Its been even more amazing the things that God has taught me just in the last week of preparation for this trip.

I would like to take this time to thank the people who are supportive of this trip. Thank you to those of you who i know might be cutting something out of your life to help give a little extra for me to go and bring Gods name some glory. I cant wait to see the blessing he pours out onto your lives as well. Id like to thank the people who are still in prayer about if and how much they should donate. THANKS!!

Now its time for some supernatural favor!

In order to go on the World Race, I will need $15,500— (not including gear, vaccinations, etc)  This money will cover all travel, lodging, and food costs for my 11 months on the field

I am working full time to save up money to pay for this trip, in addition to selling stuff and other odd jobs >>>but I still need your help!

Here is the breakdown:

From bridgetcundelan.theworldrace.org

As a World Racer, the $15,500 is broken down by these categories…

Training Camp–$320 (July 13-20)

Field Support–$620

WR Development Program–$1,860

Administration Fees–$2,635

World Racer–$10,075

As you can see, 65% of the funds that I will be raising go towards my expenses for the 11 months. Again, let me show you through a graph what this will look like.

I will need outdoorsy gear like a backpack, daypack, tent, sleeping bag, vaccinations, plane tickets to training camp etc.
-If you want to help out, and would like to gift an item for me rather than donate money please contact me by clicking the "contact me" button on the left side of the page and I can give you more information on the specific items that I need (or email me at [email protected]) **

I also have a registry with REI you can go check it out if you would like to help me with this expense. Gift cards would also be great you can give one through the registry!! Go to Rei.com and go to the gift registry button at the top of the page. After you do this you can type in my first and last name under the registry search and it will bring it up.  Also some of the items will be cheaper on amazon or other sites. If you feel that you want to purchase any of the items you can also search other websites for them if they are cheaper.. It was just easier to create an account on REI.. Just let me know if you would like to purchase something and if its not through REI let me know so i can take it off my registry. 🙂 thanks a million

More on DynaPay

Dynapay is an option for donating through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which allows you to set up a monthly donation through your personal checking account.

Dynapay is strictly for reoccurring donations, one-time donations may not be made through this route.

You can set up your reoccurring donation by going to
http://www.adventuresinmissions.org/dynapay/ and completing the required fields.

Donations through Dynapay typically take 1-2 weeks to be processed and will be withdrawn from your account on either the 3rd or the 18th of the month — you decide.

You may set up an end date for reoccurring donations when you set up your initial DynaPay account. I need to have all funds by February of 2014!

If you do not select an end date you MUST submit a written request (fax, letter, e-mail) to Donor Relations to stop your reoccurring donation. This will NOT happen automatically.  A two weeks advance notice must be provided to stop any future reoccurring donations.

IMPORTANT: All donors need to STOP their reoccurring donations after the participant’s 6th month on the field. This is by the end of February 2014 for my race.

There is no processing fee charged when using Dynapay!

When filling out the web page it will ask two questions that are essential in making sure your donation goes toward our trip:

Which person or person to Support:   Candace Conner
Which Program/Department of AIM:    World Race
