Let’s just start out to say that Georgia heat DON’T PLAY! As over 300 people came together for one solid reason… the KINGDOM. I learned so much while being completely out of my comfort zone of living in safety of Orange County to living in a humid, wet and small tent for 10 days.
Couple things l learned about myself.
1. I sweat… like no one has sweat before!
2. The smell is unreal when you sweat as much as I DID!
3. GOD STILL LOVES YOU WHEN YOU SMELL… thank you big guy!
Okay okay!
This is ALL true but the God has this crazy way of breaking us down. He sometimes makes it feel like everything that you have ever struggled with is closing in around you! For the longest time I used to blame God. For all the things that he had me go through( not gonna lie sometimes still do it.. today). BUT what if the whole time he was breaking me… GRACEFULLY! To get me ready for the beauty that is to come.
During this time in Georgia I had the amazing privilege to meet my team of 49 peeps! God has a beautiful way of speaking through his children. So here is a little sneak peak of their wisdom!

WE JUST GETTIN STARTED FOLKS!
The day that impacted me the most out of those 10 days was LUCKY number 6! (lol).
The devil has a way to makes those lies become truths.
The LIES I heard that day.
FEAR is real.
Insecurities are who you are.
The devil is in control of your life.
The past is present.
That friendship was going to fail in the matter of 9 months.
BUT HOLD UP!
The Holy Spirit caught a hold of your girl that night and started speaking these truth over those lies.
Grace is real.
You have a place in His house!
YOU! ARE! A DAUGHTER OF THE KINGDOM! ( that one gets me so hyped EVERYTIME)
Nothing can EVER separate you from the love of Jesus Christ
It’s okay to cry.
Love for the kingdom.
If you make Jesus the center of every relationship he will fail you!
As I said before the devil has a way of making you believe those lies. BUT Jesus has the way of breaking every lie and making you feel known through his love.
At the end of it all! He is beginning to break down walls. Stretching me far and wide for the kingdom and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I am so excited to see what God has for my family, friends and team for this next season of life. I don’t know what my future holds but he has a promise “the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us” Romans 8:18
and for that I will do anything in my power to hold to that truth!
