You have been on an exciting journey with me through the World Race. You’ve walked along side with me as I went to Asia and walked out Jesus’s calling of making disciples of all nations, Matthew 28. You have supported me through all of the internal transformations the Lord did in me and thanks to you I am a complete different person because of you.
I am inviting you to walk along side me again through another journey — Squad Leading! Every World Race route that launches, alumni Racers go with them and they are called squad leaders. What I will do as a squad leader is go into the field with my squad and travel with them for the first five months of the World Race. I will be serving the Racers and help them get familiar with life overseas and sharing the Gospel through ministry. I will be discipling members on the squad and help them walk into the transformations the Lord is carrying out in them. I will be squad leading with two other females and at the end of month four we will choose three Racers to raise up as new squad leaders to take over and lead the squad after our five months are over. Month five we will train the new raised up leaders to prepare them for leading the squad for the duration of their Race. After month five I will return to America and go back to life here. I will continue to stay connected with the squad and still disciple them through the end of the Race. I will return to the squad for month eight and final debrief. There I will be with them for a week pouring out to them and filling them up as they rest before traveling to their next country for ministry. Basically I will be the squad’s big brother that helps them through their Race.
What squad will I be leading and where will I be going? Great question! I will be leading Q Squad! I will be traveling with them to Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Ghana, and Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast). After I leave they will continue to travel to Burkina Faso, Romania, Macedonia, Cambodia, Thailand and Malaysia. The Squad Mentor for our squad is Stacy Povian and I will be leading along side with Alissa Van Arnam and Anna Street.
There are 54 hungry souls on Q Squad. We have 12 men and 42 women. We have a diverse squad with 6 from the west coast, 12 from the mid-west, 1 from Hawaii, 5 from the north-east, 13 from the south-east and 17 from the south-west of which 9 are from the the good ole state of Texas.
I just returned from training camp where I was able to meet the squad and walk through the early steps of their journey on the Race. As Stacy and I prepared to meet them we prayed over the squad and asked what the Lord wanted to speak over the squad. He spoke “Unity”. We prayed into that and asked the God to unify the squad like a family. As training camp went on we could see the Lord working in them and bringing them together. The squad went from the awkward meeting each other for the first time when they arrived to finally memorizing everyone’s name to diving into deep vulnerability one night over a camp fire. It was truly amazing to see how God unified 54 complete strangers over the course of 10 days.
After meeting everyone during training camp I am so excited to get into the field with these amazing people and walk with them through this once in a lifetime journey. I was in their shoes a little over a year ago and I cannot wait to see them go through the transformations that I went through. When it was time for everyone to leave training camp I felt like a parent watching their children leave the house. I immediately couldn’t wait to see them again in just a short 2 months.
Just like my Race I have to fundraise for squad leading. The total amount I have to raise is $6500. Thirty five hundred dollars of it is for the five months I will be on the field and each debrief I have to raise $1500 to be able to fly out to the squad.
I am asking that you prayerfully consider donating to this amazing opportunity. With each donation the Kingdom of God is being spread across the nations. As you donate you are allowing me to walk with these beautiful people and create disciples which is the Great Commission of Jesus. You are the only way I can go out and fulfill this calling.
If you wish to donate there are different ways to do so. You can give by check or online, monthly or a one time blessing. If you wish to give by check you can make the check out to Adventure In Missions and put my full name, Cameron Naylor, in the memo line and mail it to:

I want to make something clear. The best way to give is through prayer. As humans we can place prayer second or even last, however it is the first thing we should turn towards. I understand if you cannot give financially but if you could pray for this next season I would greatly appreciate it.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for walking along side me through my previous season and I hope to go through this next season with you.
God Bless,
Cameron Naylor
