Training Camp!

It’s the first day of the second training camp for the High School Ambassador program through AIM In Gainesville GA, and I felt I should finally start a blog on this whole Georgia trip. I’m not sure how many people know I’m out of Michigan haha.

I took a train down to Gainesville GA on the 13th and set up tents, made some trails through the wood (which was awesome) and cleaned dishes with a 5 others from Y Squad for that week. The week of the 20th Robby and Kyla let Kevin, Michael and I stay at their place cause nothing was happening at AIM. I got sick the second night and slept til 5pm for a few days with DIARRHEA. Twas not fun. At all.

Now I’m back on track with the second training and it feels great to be serving again, doing whatever needs to be done. I love this type of living, although I get into this mindset of “why are you doing this when youre leaving in August and have lots of preparation left and lots and lots of money to raise yet”

But that’s the thing about the Kingdom, its backwards, logically I should be at home preparing, going to churches asking for support, working for my dad to get some last minute things I need for the launch in 35 days, but it is more important that I lean in on serving because my Father will provide whatever I need. This isn’t an easy mindset to keep though…
