I used to think that I had nothing to blog about, but goodness was I mistaken! I dont fully realize the significance of whats been happening, so I'll just blog it all until I do =]
Sunday, July 31st my parents threw a going away party inviting people from all over my life, including my neighbors from Grand Rapids when I was young. Many people donated and at the end of the night we counted out $920, and after a little bit of talking my parents told me they are going to match it!
The next day Paster Shaun from Fellowship Reformed called and asked if I was still rasing money, I replied with a prompt "Yes sir!" Then he asked
"Could you use $2,000 more?"
"I sure could"
"Well we have it here for you if you can come in about twenty minutes"
ABSOLUTELY CRAZY! so now i'm here at the Dulles Airport in Washington DC chilling with my new family,
Y SQUAD waiting for three oclock to roll around with a support account four thousand higher than I had expected.
I've never felt so good feeling so small.
