My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.

John 17:20-21

Have you met my friends? Have you met the people I am doing life with this year? They are the craziest and most wonderful group of individuals. We call ourselves the Fusion Family. As we approach our last financial deadline on July 1st, some of our family is still in great need to stay on this Race. As I thought and prayed about whose financial needs I could share, I came to the conclusion that I couldn’t choose one person or even two people. The truth is, if even one person has to go home, there will be something missing from our family. Let me introduce you to the family and I think you will understand…

Hakyeong might actually be a Korean spy. I’m still trying to figure this out. She is stronger than she looks and once helped push a car stuck in the snow. She needs $8,118 to stay in the field. Donate Here

Sara has the best hair and the best heart. If she took a “I woke up like this” photo every morning it would always look good. If you could take a picture of her soul it would be gorgeous as well. She needs $4,491 to stay on the Race. Donate Here

Simeon is convinced that essential oils will cure almost anything, as he says, “There’s an oil for that.” If you ever meet him in person ask him about oregano oil and Cambodia. Simeon needs $4,403 to stay on the Race. Donate Here

Victoria P. and I bonded over country music and being from the Midwest on the first day we met. She may have big hair but her heart is even bigger. She needs $4,363 to stay in the field. Donate Here

Debbie is the person you go to when you have a whole in your socks or in any piece of clothing, for that matter. She is a master at mending things. She also could be a professional scrapbooker. She needs $3,678. Donate Here

Jay and I spent the first four months of the Race on a team together. She once made us a homemade Korean dish using only a hot plate. Besides her excellent cooking skills she is one the most genuine people I have ever met. Jay needs $3,437 to stay on the Race. Donate Here

Jen is brave, patient, and kind. She also happens to be one of the few people on the squad who knows how to play Euchre. When she’s not kicking butt in a card game she is probably hiking a mountain. She needs $2,875 to stay in the field. Donate Here

Joy can tell you almost anything about crossfit. She also is a walking concordance. She keeps us all on our toes and we’re thankful for that. She needs $2,251. Donate Here

Maggie can usually be found with her nose in a book. This is probably why she knows more facts than anyone on this squad – a good skill when you’re traveling the world. She needs $1,926. Donate Here

Steph has proven to me that tall girls can do yoga. We’re both praying for tall husbands and learning to live this year without the corporate grind. She needs $1,651 to stay in the field. Donate Here

Beth B. and I have shared a room for the past 6 months. She’s British and sometimes I just like to sit back and listen to her talk. This month you can usually find us curled up in our sleeping bags sitting on her bed watching a movie or reading funny things from our journals to each other. She needs $1,392 to stay on the Race. Donate Here

Andrew is my brother when my real brothers are half a world away. Besides Jesus, we both love country music, sports, and fishing. He needs $841 to stay on the Race. Donate Here

Jessie carries herself with a quiet strength. She loves the good things in life like dark chocolate and freshly brewed coffee. I’m blessed to be part of the logistics dynamic duo with this girl. She needs $812 to stay in the field. Donate Here

Becca is the only person on the squad that comes close to loving spreadsheets and Colorado as much as me. She loves to spend her time getting to know the new people we meet in each country. Check out her blog here.

Victoria Baker’s whole family loves the Kentucky Wildcats, but I try not to hold this against her. She hails from the land of Skyline chili and Graeters ice cream, which she’ll be delivering to me when she makes the drive to Bloomington for visits. Check out her blog here.

Beth C. always says yes when I ask for just one more round of Monopoly Deal. Besides her love for card games she has the heart of a servant and she is a great teacher inside and outside the classroom. Check out her blog here

Tori T. is sweet, serving, and prayerful. She is always smiling and will pray for you at a moments notice. Check out her blog here.

Aubrey occasionally makes me question whether she loves animals or humans more, but I don’t judge her on her affection for cats. She is extremely observant and a little bit quirky but we love her all the same. Check out her blog here.

Aly can always make me laugh and knows when I need a Diet Coke by just looking at me. Even though we don’t do logistics together anymore, she is forever my partner in crime. Check out her blog here.

Mercy is always up for anything, or in her words “I’m down to clown.” She has wisdom beyond her years and is my favorite storyteller. Check out her blog here.

Heather is one of the most joyful people I have ever met. You can sometimes find us galloping around, reliving our high school track days together. She is affectionately known as “Two Stains,” but you’ll have to ask her why. Check out her blog here.

Kylee is a big dreamer and knows exactly who she is. She serves and loves those around her with integrity each day. Check out her blog here.

Banele might not be human. He will sometimes tell you he has a robot arm, but I’m pretty sure it’s his heart and lungs that are Ironman status as he can climb a mountain faster than anyone I know. Check out his blog here.

Hope this let you get know the people I am doing life with each day this year.

Sending my love back to all of you,

Callie
