like a single grain of sand
on the breaking shore of the sea
it exist for a moment between the toes of a child
gone forever with the crash of a wave
so it is with all your days
your feet on this earth
your spirit in this body
fleeting
but what beauty this single fleeting moment Of life is
spoken into existence
by a thought
oh the power that brought you forth
oh the love that desired you
woven together with threads of redemption
pieced together for purpose
crowned with the blessing of the Father
the very breath that left his lungs filling yours
you’re a child of inheritance
chosen and adored
you’re name is sought after
wander you might
barefoot and wide eyed

to them you are poor
without wisdom nor way
yet stay
unconfined
abandoned
chasing fiercely
my heart
giving it away through yours
surrendered to the way of agape
& surlely you will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living
your days, until then, though fleeting
are yet
worthy of celebration
so receive His joy today
the abundance in this adventure
bringing heaven to earth
awaking souls to dance
for you were made for such a time as this
