Build your kingdom here.

This is a song that I listened to over and over in high school. It was the cry of my heart for my school, my hometown, my state, and my country. I listened to it every day going to school, praying that he would bring about opportunities for me to share my faith with those around me…

All I desired was for God to build His kingdom in the hearts of those around me, as well as mine.

Fast forward over three years, and I’m sitting in Bangkok, Thailand.

We sang this song for worship at our debrief and it brought me back to my senior year of high school. It brought me back to the reason why I loved this song, and my desire behind singing it and the joy behind hearing it.

But here is what has changed in my heart since then… I have a heart for the nations that I never knew would exist, I try to see people the way Jesus does, I am truly confident in who I am now, along with a long list of many other things…

Why does this matter?

It matters because now instead of feeling this way for my own comfort zone, I feel this way for every country I step foot in. I long for Jesus to change the hearts of the Thai people. I long for Jesus to build His kingdom in this place.

So as I enter into month five of my race, I have a new prayer…

Build Your Kingdom HERE

Let the Darkness fear

Show Your mighty hand

Heal THESE streets and land

Set THIS church on fire

Win this nation back

Change the atmosphere

BUILD YOUR KINGDOM HERE

Join with me in praying for this country and these people. Join with me in this prayer, no matter where you are. Lets do what we can to help cultivate bringing about the kingdom of heaven to Earth!

In Him,

Caleb Callaway
