One lesson that I learned on my race, more than almost anything else was to be accustomed to change. From ministry being something completely different than what was originally told to us, to changes within leadership, to changes within the countries we were going to.

The Lord did a lot in my heart when it came to being ok with change.

I was always the person that had a plan and liked to stick to it. You can go a few blogs back and see that I am a planner, and that this is a season of trusting the Lord in whatever unplanned things he brings about.

All that being said, the Lord brought about a change for the members of T-Squad and I. Joining this squad the route was Guatemala, Thailand, Malaysia, and Swaziland.

This leads us to the other day on our leadership call. We get on the phone and within minutes we are told the we have a change to one of our countries.

Instead of going to Malaysia, T-Squad and I will be going to Myanmar!

Savannah, Alexis, and I get to return to the place that marked our halfway point for our race, and we get to bring along 45 world changers for the exact same benchmark.

Getting used to change on our race was huge for me, but looking back now I realized that the Lord was preparing me for moments like this.

Moments where I get to be excited for change, instead of dreading it. Moments where I get to lead others into that same excitement.

After 7 route changes on my own race, it only felt normal that at least one would happen this time around.

This blog is short and sweet, but I hope to update y’all more soon!

In Him,
