Even as nerds,
They pretend they are artsy.

Yes, the two of them have identity issues

Yes, they could be deemed socially awkward

THE RESULT

N SQUAD EPICNESS

Explaination
Ok so here is what happened.
When our squad went to Ireland we had a conference for all the missionaries that are currently on the World Race.

There were 5 different squads from all over the world meeting for a time of worship, prayer, praise, and a little fun competition.

This blog is about the competition part.

About 5 months ago I heard about a dance competition involving our squad.
I sheepishly approached our squad leaders and asked if I could be a part of helping create a dance to blow the minds of all who see.

Our squad leaders said.
“It is not good for man to be alone, let us find you a woman who suits you as a choreographer partner.”
(so that last part was made up, but it sounds very biblical.)

I asked Jessi if she would want to help me create the most epic dance in the world and she said YES.

The planning took months, the dance practice 10 hours.

The result?

AWESOMENESS.

We had scenes with story lines and decorations.

We had pumped up music.

We had dances from Africa.

We had head lamps.

Thriller.

Thieves.

We had Irish tributes with fire twirlers.
(minus the fire)

And we finished with the Haka Battle Cry.

I say all this because this dance was fun.

But  more importantly it was unity.

It was probably the most fun I have had with my whole squad this entire race.

We have grown.

We started as missionaries placed together.

We turned into friends who liked each other.

Now we’re family who loves each other.

Each person on this squad is special to me.

It’s an honor to be serving God beside each of you.

Love you N Squad.

Way to rock this competition.

So here you go readers.
Check out this dance for the ages.
