I write too much.
Here are some pictures with captions of our lives.
Last week teams 12:18 and Imago Dei went to
visit the local nursing home.
It was great fun, and a great chance for us to get out of the ditches and interact with people.
We led music, chit chatted, listened to stories, and KICKED SOME BUTT IN UNO!
A little fun fact about our team is that we are competattive, even against opponents 5 times our age. (Gary turned 100 three days ago!)
Australian animals are also keeping our lives busy.
We have no idea what type of bird this is, but we like to call it the “Wanna be sea gull, tries to snatch your food” …bird.
This fun mo-hawk guy is actually not even a hawk, or named Mo. But we like playing with him.
This guy is called the “Noisy Miner” we love that he lives right outside of our girls cabin and starts his day at 4:30 in the morning
These Rainbow Lorikeets are just as loud as they are beautiful.
Hypothesis: It seems that the more gorgeous the bird, the more annoying their call.
Conclusion: Science cannot prove there is any connection between the previous hypothesis and female humans, but leading experts all agree that there is some connection from birds to humans.
This is Godzilla. I am not sure how he made it on my list, but he sure is scary.
These spiders are everywhere. And its not true, you don’t get used to things just because you see them all the time.
This little guy will chase me when I go for runs. Creepy? Yes.
Miranda and some of the team got to go see some kangaroos at a petting zoo.
This guy sleeps 15 hours a day, and has people pay to hold him. Man what a life.
This is Matt (our leader) if he doesn’t get his beauty sleep.
