There's a lot to be said. Then again theres only one thing that can be said, the rest flows from there…Jesus!
I love the Lord Jesus! Every moment I live to Discover, Know, and Love JESUS, personaly and communaly.
I was born in Lawernceville GA and lived there till I was 9, when my father died. We then moved to the Ashville NC area for about two years until my mom got a job at the Mayo Clinic up here in MN. It has been one big adventure. It is great to be able to look back and see God's hand through all of it.
I have grown up in the Church and had always believed in Jesus but I didn't fall in love with The KIng till my first semester of college in 2008. I repented and cried out "God I don't want anymore of this lifestyle (drinking/drugs/sex), I want to be who you have created me to be!" I just surrenderd it all to my Daddy in heaven.
I love experiencing, with all five senses, all of Gods creation, all of His glory,( well as much of His glory I can handle at any one moment by His ohh so good grace.)
I love being in a kitchen with people, cooking, laughing, learning. Some people paint, some people draw…I cook. I love to create with the spices, in the kitchens.
I love running around and being active. Climbing, jumping, biking, swimming, just playin on this creation.
There is a transition that has occurred in my life.
I want to tell you a story about it. Will you listen?
There was a boy; in his heart he chased many things.
As he aged he noticed that the years did not seem to satisfy.
The next year always being much more appealing.
When he got to 15 he couldn’t wait to be 16…
As his years wound down in college, he realized the deceitfulness of time.
Inevitably how much time will I waste in this life?
As I see more of Jesus, as I am drawn closer to the cross, I see within me a great selfishness…
I have been liberated!
I want to live a better story.
I began a better story in 2008.
The start is now…and now…and now.
Every moment I have to be reminded that to live a better story I need to be putting Jesus in front of me.
