Who
Adventures in Missions is a non-profit interdenominational missions organization established in 1989.
They want to mobilize us to missions while focusing on discipleship.
Adventures in Missions has 1,163 ministry partners in 79 countries and has taken over 100,000 youth, adults, and families into the mission field through a variety of mission programs.
We are going to join that pool of people!
What
The World Race is one of the mission programs of Adventures in Missions and is the program we will be participating in.
11 years ago, the World Race began, and since then over 4,600 young adults (21-35 years) have gone.
With the World Race we get to travel the world for 11 months!
Doesn’t that sound like quite the adventure?
Well, it most certainly will be!
During this time, we will have the opportunities to help those in need, partner and serve with local ministries and churches, visit local markets, go on adventures, and share the gospel and Love of Christ to the nations, along with so much more!
