Hello dearest readers!  Another inexcusable absence from blogging has occurred once again.  However, I have had an insane past two weeks to give you a glimpse of!  So to start off, I have never had such a short travel day on the Race!  We left Hyderabad to Mubai, had a two hour layover there before taking off to Kathmandu!  And I have to tell you, Nepal has given me a great impression as I’m sure you can see from the title of this blog!

As of yet, I have bought many pieces of warm clothing cause (SPOILER ALERT) Nepal is cold in the winter!  I’ve gotten the chance to go see Mt. Everest on a plane ride, went to a monkey temple, and have eaten too many momos (a type of dumpling thing that’s very tasty).  That’s just the touristy stuff I’ve gotten to do!  Ministry here is super amazing here as well, maybe that’s cause it’s all girls month! 35 girls in one four story house provided by our ministry hosts! (a little intense I know, but it’s honestly so fun!)  We all take a thirty minute walk to our ministry hosts home and right away we have an hour of prayer, reading our Bibles, and journaling.  At 11, we do a half an hour of worship before getting our “assignment” for the day.

Our ministry is different every day as of yet!  Our first day we went to Buddhist and Hindu temples to do what our ministry host called, a Jericho Walk.  We prayed over the people there that they would be unfulfilled by these places of worship and find their fulfillment in the Lord.

Yesterday, we drew prophetic doodles!  The thing that I drew was a flower pot with a criss crossing base and purple and blue flowers.  I also added a butterfly for seemingly no reason.  Once we finished we went out to the slums of the city and went to see if we could find who the doodle was for.  I found a woman who was sewing butterflies and flowers onto fabric with sequins.  The fabric was resting on a weaved stool, almost identical to the flower pot base I drew!  Even though she didn’t want prayer, I still gave her my drawing and I’m praying for her from afar.

Today was really fun because we got the chance to hangout with some of the kids from the slums and play soccer with them!  They were far better than I was!  We played with them for around an hour before finishing and serving them dinner.  Getting the chance to sit and eat with these kids was an awesome experience.  I can’t wait to see what this month holds for us girls!

Some not so great things have happened here as well but, for those things, we won’t dwell upon.  Just general prayers for peace, understanding, and wisdom through good times and hard times.  Thank you all for reading my blog and supporting me!  May the Lord bless you and keep you!
