Welcome to our casa! This month we are staying in Los Guido serving with the Christian Light Foundation. We decided to put up our tents to give us some “privacy”
This is Los Guido, the city we are living in this month in Costa Rica.
This month we are teaching English in a local elementary school!

On Saturday’s we have kids club! That often includes face paint, slip n slides, and lots of jump rope!
A few days ago we celebrated Diana’s birthday! She turned 18 so we hosted a surprise party!
On one of our off days, we visited some beautiful waterfalls!
We also made some new friends!
Cindy and Julio, to the left, are two teachers at the school we serve at! Cindy teaches English and Julio teaches art. They were kind enough to take us to the waterfalls and then have dinner with us at La Finca!
Yesterday we helped with an outreach event! It was fear factor themed…so lots of difficult challenges for teams to complete. Sitting in my lap here is Genesis. She is one of my students and she is a bundle of joy. Every time I see her at school or at the feeding center, she gives me a giant hug!
