I like seeing you smile when something I do makes you laugh. You have a beautiful smile. I made you that way.
I like when you look at my kids…really look at them. They appreciate it too. You are taking the time to see them how I see them. Aren’t they so special! I gave them each a special noise – it’s a melody that I created specifically for them. You don’t know them all but I see you trying to listen. Quiet down what’s inside of you, Cait. Just listen to My music in them. They each have something priceless to show you about Me. Thank you for taking care of them. And remember to pause and listen when you don’t get it. You go too fast sometimes. You don’t know everything and that’s why you need Me.
I’m a mystery, but you have your whole life to know Me more and into eternity. That leaves us a long time to be together. Thank you for being open and willing. Not many people are but I still love them immensely! Just like you. I want you to know though that there will be more. More times when I show up in unexpected ways, more times when I cross the boundary of convenience, more times I’ll mess with structure and time. Be flexible. It doesn’t mean I’m getting further from you just the image you have of Me is getting bigger. No matter what I will always be enough for you!
So will you please keep calling out with the creative passion I made you with! You don’t need an invitation. I am your invitation. Your invitation to breath, to live, to love more deeply than you can on your own. In fact, let Me do more! Relax and trust Me! I’m smiling over you but wondering why you are still confused. I gave you the peace you asked for. Everything will be fine. Don’t throw away the gifts I’m giving you. Give them away but don’t throw them away. Share My love with others. You can do it.
Hand me your heart again. Each morning I’m ready for it. You have no idea how much healing I still want to do within you. You’re so beautiful to Me now but remember we’re making you more like My Son. Don’t worry just keep looking My way. It’s gonna hurt sometimes but I will be closer than you know. You wanted My heartbeat, right? I want to get My hands dirty for you – are you willing to do the same in the mean time? I know things get busy and there is a lot to think about but don’t forget Me. Don’t forget all I’ve taken you through, all I’ve gotten to show you and teach you. I am still the same God. I’ve saved and healed you before. Let Me do it again. And again, and again….
I love you! Close your eyes and whisper it. Now open your brown eyes and laugh it out of your soul. Give Me a grin and shout it! I like hearing your voice. Talk to Me more, will you? And just be you. As we walk, talk, laugh, cry, dance, and love all I want is you. We don’t need a certain time or place. Me and you is more than another one-on-one, OK? So, just love. Love like I told and showed you how to love. Like I love you. Breathe deep – you don’t have to get overwhelmed. I’ll walk you through this and give you grace with each step. I love you that much. And others need to see and feel My love through you, too. Please. I’ll tell you what to do. And I’ve kinda preferred obedience to flattery. Walk your talk, sweetheart.
Now go and be the you I’ve always loved and always will. I promised Myself to you so I’m not going anywhere. Hand in hand you are always home.
