THIS IS A 2 PART BLOG.

The time had come and team changes were here and God’s peace
had continued to rest in the depths of my soul.  God’s plan is always infinitely greater than our own so I
was trusting in that.  Although I
didn’t know what squad leaders had decided I secretly was hoping for a break.  I was still tired, still empty but I
had faith that God would sustain me if He was calling me to lead my new
team.  Then I got the news that my
team would be changing and I would no longer be leading. Relief, shock.
Excitement, sadness, you name it I felt it.  Then I found out what team I was going to be on and I was
beyond ecstatic!  So…drum roll
please… without further ado here is my new team!

We are Team Umoja, which means unity in Swahili.

Our team leader is Sarah Shrack. She is a unbelievable
PASSIONATE powerful woman of God.
She has a unique and spunky personality and is always having fun.  She hears the voice of God and speaks
life boldly into those around her.

Annie Rose Taylor has been one of my great friends this
year.  Don’t let her small size
fool you, this girl ushers in the presence of the Lord unlike anyone I
know.  She is a passionate
intercessor and is a woman after God’s heart.  She and I are known for ridiculously long heart to hearts
and she challenges me in my walk with the Lord.

Alisa Prox has the JOY of the Lord all over her. She is
always encouraging and always smiling.
Alisa brings Kingdom wherever she goes.  She has also been one of my go to girls this year.  We actually lived about 20 min away
from eachother in So Cal and didn’t even know it!  She is our amazing finance person, which means she is my
sugar momma and gives me all my money!
We also call her proxi, proxasaurus, and proximo.

Kate Williams is one of the sweetest women of God I
know.  She also has an unbelievable
power and strength about her.  Her
prayers change an atmosphere and her passion when she speaks the word of God is
contagious.  She is a very talented
and creative cook which means the whole team is spoiled by her food!  She is affectionately our food momma!

Auston Copeland is a man of true integrity.  He has a huge heart for ministry and
wants more and more of God.  He is
always busting out some crazy dance moves and makes me laugh a lot.  Auston is always up for an adventure.  He, Kate, and I have already rafted the
Nile and climbed Mt. Sabinyo together.
Auston challenges our team and is boldly going deeper with the lord.

Last but not least, there is John Smith.  John has a true gentle servants heart
but is also a might warrior for God’s kingdom.  He is extremely passionate about sharing the gospel with
those who don’t know Jesus.  He is
ALWAYS looking for ways to help and serve others, especially his
teammates.  He cares deeply and
always want to know how others are beyond the surface.  He has been a great friend this year
and the night before team changes we prayed that we would be on the same
team!  God answered our prayer!

I couldn’t be happier.
This last month I have had time to just be.  To seek God’s heart and pour into my team.  I have filled back up and am energized
and ready to go for the next 3 months.  This is a power house team and we are going to be asking to go to big places with God these next few months.  Cant wait to see what God is going to bring our direction the next 2 1/2 months!!!
