In high school one of my electives was being a peer tutor in the special needs classrooms, after one week of this class I knew I had found my calling! I saw The Lords love in these students & couldn't contain the joy they brought me day in & day out! Soon after falling in love with people who have special needs I developed a heart for China! Knowing that children with special needs were considered 'the least of these' there, for years I've longed to go volunteer in orphanages & lay my life down, to help care for these children. I've read many books on this culture, adoption stories & how The Lord is moving in different parts of China. With each story I read my heart grew more captivated. I've cried out to God many nights asking Him to send me, I never expected a door to open not only to China but 10 other countries! I'm excited to say the least!
