Ive done a lot of beautiful things im my, some what, short life. That’s only because I love and serve an amazing and great God. He knows me and loves me. He created me because He saw a need and figured Id meet it. How crazy to think I am that valuable!
Anyhow, a bit about this month: first off, our hosts are amazing. Lesson on hosting: be proud of your country and take visitors to the places worthy of pride.
Out hosts took us on a tour of the city of Santiago and included a cultural food tasting. Later, the same week, they took us trekking into the Chilean backcountry! A few members of the church joined us. It was Amazing!
So, why are we here? What do we do during ministry? Well… A ton of things, actually.
We are active in the local church. We preach and lead women’s bible study groups. We spend LONG days at local schools reenacting Bible stories, playing games, and loving on people. We go to the ghetto at night(hours from home) and preach the gospel through fun stories for the kids. And so much more!!!!
We are in a beautiful place with magnificent people. We get to experience the culture, taste the food, know the people, see the nature!
