Dear Friends and Family,

Hello from Rwanda! I thought I would send an update of what God is doing in my life. I’m currently in month ten of the World Race. I’m loving everything about Africa!

God really is a miracle working God. I have had the opportunity to step into a leadership position and grow in the gifts the Lord has given me. I’ve used my personal testimony and beliefs to share the gospel in some really interesting situations. My favorite was sharing the full gospel with a Buddhist monk! If I’m planting seeds or watering them, God gets all the glory. He is at work all around the world!

The word ‘surrender’ has been consistent throughout this experience. It seems that every month, I have learned what it means on a deeper level. With the end of the race drawing near, I began praying into what my next step might be. With my plans and fleshly desires laid aside I asked God where He wanted me next.

In my previous blog titled “What’s Necut.” is the full testimony of God clearly calling me to this next position. Please check it out!

I will return home from the World Race on August 28. On September 6, I will fly to Atlanta, GA to launch again as a Squad Leader for the World Race Gap Year program.

World Race Gap Year is a program offered by Adventures in Missions for young adults ages 18-21. They travel to four countries in nine months to work alongside already established ministries to help encourage and further the kingdom.

As a squad leader I will be overseeing teams as they serve. I will encourage growth relationally, emotionally and spiritually. I thank God for the opportunity to disciple and empower this group to BE the church.

I believe in asking boldly for the things I need to fulfill what the Lord is calling me to. Would you pray about supporting me?

1.     I need people committed to supporting me in prayer. While God is at work, the enemy is as well.

2.     I need financial support.

The cost is $3,800 for the 9 months. This will cover travel, food, insurance and lodging.

There is a donate button on my blog home page.

Thank you for your consideration and all the support in the past. I am so blessed by your generosity.

Love,

Bry
