Anne Frank once said, “No one has ever became poor by giving”. I hope that this quote holds true to all of my donors because I have had some very generous donors! I have over 75% of my goal raised. I am speechless from seeing all that God has done through this fundraising process. God is so faithful when He calls people to do His work, He Finishes what He starts. When I first looked at this goal of over $16,000 I did not think that it was possible. I wanted to quit before I even started, but God called me to this and I knew that He would provide. There are times when you see how good God is and through this fundraising process I have seen God’s goodness.
Thank you so much to all of my donors and supporters! Without all of my supporters, this journey would not be possible. I want to give a shout out to a few of my supporters specifically.
~ONE Eighty Church- Wow, what an amazing Church. I could say so much about this church but I have 3 main things that I want to share about ONE Eighty.
1- ONE Eighty Church is the most loving church that I have ever been a part of. They love the people who feel like they can not be loved and for that I thank you ONE Eighty!
2- John Piper says in regards to missions, “Go, send, or disobey.” ONE Eighty does an amazing job of going and sending in regards to missions, and they sent me off to the nations with financial donations, love, and prayer.
3- Shout out to The ONE Eighty Reliant Students! I miss you all so much and I am praying for you. You blessed me more than you know and for that I thank you.
~I have only 1 Donor who is a monthly donor, I did not want to mention any specific names on my blog but since you are the only person, you know who you are! Thank you so much for your continued support throughout this Journey!
~The Contra dance scene/community is such an amazing group of people. They get together to do what they love (dance) and at the same time raise money for a specific charity. The person who organizes these dances reached out to me and expressed that he would love to support me through donating the proceeds of the next dance to my Mission! Dancing is something that I absolutely love to do but these people make dancing a million times better because they are a fun and loving community of people. Thank you so much for your support through throwing an awesome hipster themed Techno Contra dance. Keep dancing Fam, keep dancing.
Right now I have raised $12,734! That means that I have $3,533 left to raise in order to be fully funded and reach my goal of $16,267. God has put some great people in my life, im wayyyy up I feel blessed (Riley Curry voice). Thank you donors, you’re the real MVP’s.
