I’ve tried to think of how to write this, but there’s simply no way to express my thanks. Whether you have given me $5 or $500, or just have supported me with your sweet words of encouragement, thank you. Because of you, I was able to experience the adventure of a lifetime. You helped bring the love of Christ to the poorest villages in India, allowing my team to teach English/ have VBS programs in schools. You brought the gospel written in the Chichewa language to teenage girls in a village in Malawi who were never able to read the Bible, because there was not one written in their language. You helped women in Zimbabwe find healing through women’s ministries. You helped us love on street kids and the elderly who are overlooked in Zambia. You helped bring Christ to unreached people in the mountains of Nepal. Because of you, my team was able to share the love of Christ to children with special needs in Ecuador, and to the therapists who worked there. This journey was yours too. I am so honored to share it with each and every one of you, and God used you to do amazing things. He can do immeasurably more than we could ever imagine. To my church community, thank you. You pushed me to keep following the Lord. You gave me so much love and I am so grateful to you. You showed me what Christian community is and how to be apart of it. You inspired me to share the love of Christ with the world, and never give up. To my parents, wow. You let me take a year off of college and travel the freaking world. For some reason you let me go and showed me so much support even when I wanted to quit and thought nothing was possible. You are my biggest supporters and your faith is something I admire so much. Thank you for never holding me back and telling me to chase God always. To my squad leaders/ coaches/ teammates, you are the most incredible people I know. You have lead my entire squad, and invested in each of us. You helped me grow in my own faith. You never gave up on me and have been there every step of the way and there’s no way I could ever thank you enough. Thank you for everything you do! Thank you to all of my friends and family for supporting me and encouraging me, I can’t wait to see you all again. I love you all so dearly. You have been apart of this journey, and I’m so thankful that I got to share it with you.
