7:32 – wake up in my tent
7:40 – make it to the front of the bathroom line. I’m sharing with 14 other women in our house
7:45 – make breakfast in our crowded kitchen. 21 people have become surprisingly good at sharing counter space
7:54 – oatmeal, a banana, and French press coffee for breakfast
8:17 – begin the walk to our ministry site with my teammate Sarah Kate
8:31 – hugs when we arrive at Mangwanen Care Point Preschool
8:41 – sing songs and cuddle while waiting for the teachers to arrive
8:52 – make tracing sheets for the 4-year-olds
9:16 – sing “This Little Light of Mine” and teach all of the preschoolers about being the light of the world with Teacher Cindy
9:41 – practice our coloring skills
10:22 – porridge time
10:43 – walk back to our house. Preschool let out early before the Easter holidays
10:58 – do laundry
12:17 – grilled cheese, boiled eggs, and an apple for lunch
12:32 – make number signs for Teacher Cindy’s classroom
2:42 – quiet time in my hammock
7:24 – pancakes for dinner
8:25 – Bible study for team time with the other members of my new team Team Unleavened
10:31 – bedtime back in my tent
