I want to communicate with the people of the country!
It is rare that you run into an English speaking person and when you do they are kids; which is fine but sometimes you just want to talk to an adult.
Our contacts all speak English.
But what English are they speaking?
I hear the words they are saying.
But what is it they are really trying to say?
I have sat in many conversations with translators where they are so passionate about telling me something but I only catch a quarter of it.
So lately I have been praying for something… I have been praying that I would be able to speak whatever language the other person is using.
I don’t think that it is too much to ask for. It would only show everyone how BIG God truly is.
But in the mean time our contacts have been teaching us Nepalese so that we can talk to the people in Nepal!
